This beautifully decorated rustic traditional family villa is spread across 130 m2 of residence space and 300 m2 outdoor relaxing area for your private use only. Residence area is spacious and well equiped, can accommodate 6 persons. On the ground floor you will find spacious fully equiped kitchen and dinning area, along with a bathroom (with a washing machine). On the same floor, there is bedroom 1 (with en suite bathroom). - Bedroom 1 (ground floor) – Two single beds that can be seperated at your convenience - Fully equipped kitchen (big fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, cookware, cutlery) On the first floor a large comfortable living room is situated with flat-screen smart TV (and satellite receiver) and Dvd player, from where outdoor covered dinning area (gloriette terrace) can be accessed. Two Bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the top second floor. Bedroom 2 – Double bed (balcony with a spectacular sea view) Bedroom 3 – Two single beds that can be seperated at your convenience - Air conditioner in living/dinning room and in each bedroom Outdoor relaxing space is a delightful private cozy and spacious area for your thoroughl enjoyment! It consists of big gloriette terrace accomponied with a big Wood Barbecue and outdoor kitchen. Outdoor shower is also at your disposal A peak enjoyment and relaxation is 26 square meter Pool with small waterfall and a massage bench. Events or parties are not allowed. Screaming, yelling and very loud noises will not be tolerated. In this case, the guests will be asked to leave the villa. If the guest cancel between 10 and 30 days before check-in, the guest will be charged 50% for all nights If the guest cancel less than 10 days before check-in, the guest be charged 100% for all nights Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in Trough Stripe payment gateway, the guests bank card will be charged 50% in the moment of the reservation and 50% 10 days before check in. 10 days before check in the guest will receive an e-mail with Stripe payment link to pay the rest of the amount
