Cancellation. You are entitled to a full refund 7days prior to check in date, any cancellations within the 7 days will not qualify for refund. Check in/Check out - Keys will be picked up from nearby retailers and dropped off to the same location when leaving the property. ID checks and card authorization are required during the check-in process, which will be an email sent out with the details. £400 will be placed on a card and released once confirmed that there was no damage caused during your stay. No smoking within the properties All homes are cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. If you desire housekeeping visits while staying in one of the properties, feel free to request, subject to charge and availability. Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
