How can a guest initiate a reservation cancellation?

 

1. To request for a cancellation, guest logs in Traveler app

 

1. Click on reservation

 

1. Go to the reservation details page and click on Request cancellation.

 

1. Let the host know why you're canceling, then click 'Send’
